Lost Tickets / I Never Received An Email
Each season we send over 100,000 email confirmations, the vast majority over 99% are received without any problems. However when we do received enquiries for lost emails they are usually for the following reasons:
The email entered was incorrect or the email has gone into a spam or trash folder.
BEFORE CONTACTING US SEARCH YOUR EMAIL INBOX AND FOLDERS FOR "YOUR BOOKING" OR "FINDSANTA"
